MAINTENANCE ASSISTANCE

If you have questions about performing some general maintenance procedures on your heating and cooling equipment you may contact us and you will be instructed in the proper procedures by a veteran service man. Maintaining your equipment is very important since proper maintenance can lead to fewer breakdowns and less problems. All procedures are simple to do and just require a little time and effort on your part. In return your equipment will reward you with years of trouble free service and lower utility bills.

If you purchased the equipment from us and it is still in warranty there will be no charge for this service. If you didn't buy the equipment from us or it is no longer in warranty, then we only charge $1.20 per minute for our help. When you call you won't be helped by some one fresh out of tech. school, you will be assisted by an experienced and highly qualified veteran service person, who has over 20 years experience in the business. If we can walk you through the procedures while on the phone excellent. If not you can call back at a later time and continue your discussion. There is no minimum charge per call, you are charged only for the time we help you. In order to save time and money you should have a phone near the equipment, the cover plates removed, have the make, model, and serial numbers handy, and give the equipment a good look over to familiarize yourself with the location of all the components.
