RETURN POLICY

Electronic parts such as circuit boards, ignition modules, and electronic thermostats cannot be returned for credit. Our policy, on electronics, is an extension of the return policy of our suppliers who we purchase this type of merchandise from. However if the equipment is defective and is under warranty you may return it and we will gladly ship out another, once we have tested it and proved your claim.

In the event you over ordered on supplies like duct work, registers, boots etc. you may return these excess materials for a full refund less shipping charges. In the case of flexduct we will only accept full and unopened boxes. Since flex duct is sold by the box not by the foot is the reason for this policy however where merchandise is sold by the piece, no matter how it is shipped, we will accept what ever you have left over as long as it is one complete piece and is not bent or damaged.

To start the return process you need to contact our office with a list of the material being returned. Upon examination of your list a "Return Authorization Number" will be issued. You will then package the material and ship back to us, shipping prepaid, along with a copy of your original invoice. When the material has been received by DHCS and if found to be in good condition, we can either issue you a credit, or mail out a check to you. We do not offer credit or refunds on shipping charges.

Should you live in the area and picked up the merchandise from our warehouse and deliver any overage back to us. We will need a copy of your original invoice then we will issue a Return Authorization Number and a check will be mailed to you. We issue no refunds in cash and all checks must be mailed. Refund checks are mailed within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.

We do not give refunds for damaged merchandise or dented or bent sheet metal.

Salvage furnaces are sold as-is regarding their appearance of the furnace cabinet. The warranty offered is still applicable but only applies to the parts contained within the furnace cabinet.
