SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

Surplus equipment is brand new equipment that has never been used, is usually shipped in it's original unopened factory container, and is usually in new condition, however once in a while you may find a small dent or ding due to shipping. Our surplus equipment always carries a warranty either from us at Discount Heating and Cooling Supply or a combination warranty where part of the warranty is handled by the factory and another part is handled by DHCS. This equipment is outdated equipment only. In other words the factory has started a new model line for the current model year and this surplus equipment was unsold and standing in their warehouses, left over from the last model year. We go in and buy their entire inventory of this equipment and have it shipped to our warehouse, where we offer it for sale to you at discounted prices. Our inventory changes constantly because of the limited nature of the stock we have. For example if we buy 100 units of a particular model, when the 100th unit is sold there are no more to be had, of that particular model. However we may have something else that will work as-good-as or better-than in it's place. If for some reason we don't have in stock something that meets your needs, just wait awhile and we will be getting something else in.
