Discount Heating and Cooling Supply Co. Inc. offers telephone consultation to people through out the continental united states. We offer assistance with TROUBLE SHOOTING, GENERAL MAINTENANCE, and INSTALLATION questions. Your questions can be on equipment either purchased from us or purchased elsewhere. Our charges are $1.20 per minute for this service. When you call you won't be helped by someone fresh out of tech. school, you will be assisted by an experienced and highly qualified veteran service person, who has over 20 years experience in the business. This can be charged to your Visa or Master Charge for immediate service. We are available from 8am to 10pm EST. and most weekends and holidays. If we are not available leave a message on the recorder and you will be called back ASAP.
